1. Consultation
We begin with a detailed site visit to understand your vision, assess conditions, and discuss your style, budget, and ecosystem needs.
During your initial consultation, you can look forward to a complimentary meeting lasting 30-45 minutes with one of our skilled landscape designers, during which we will:
- Evaluate your landscaping goals and offer fundamental suggestions regarding plants, cultivation, and maintenance.
- Further landscape elements, such as hardscape and lighting may be explored.
The insights and dialogue from this initial consultation are assessed, enabling us to identify the most effective approach for landscape implementation.
2. Personalized Site Visit
This initial site visit serves as a valuable opportunity for our designers to collect site inventory and capture photographs. Homeowners should provide a site survey along with any pertinent architectural plans or elevations. Formal plans will not be drafted during the site visit, except in situations where a straightforward hand-drawn sketch suffices and can be completed within the consultation time-frame.
During our visit, we will:
Identify Existing Plants
Suggestions for "trouble spots" within the landscape.
Recommendations for plant arrangement and design.
Options to pursue additional design or planning
3. Professional Installation
Depending on the scope of your landscape project, the planned deliverables may encompass a conceptual design, a comprehensive landscape plan, a color-rendered illustration, AutoCAD drawings and details, as well as realistic images created in Photoshop. Once assembled, clients will be provided with vibrant presentation books that correspond to each landscape plan, clearly identifying specific plants and design concepts.
The designs and landscape plans are copyrighted and crafted by a skilled landscape designer. They become your property upon completion and receipt of full payment.
